This reminds me of Trump entertaining Mitt Romney for Secretary of State- it would never happen.

It's a power play to humiliate DeSantis. It is foolish to relinquish the Governorship of Florida for a possible six-month stint at the Defence Department. He should declare that he is not interested.

DeSantis can set his sights on the 2028 presidency, as impossible as it may be.
