Cailian, this is one of the big glitches, our mentality regarding jobs. The growth of economies is about doing away with jobs and not creating them.

If we instead focus on productivity and doing away with work, we will raise our living standards. But this demands a base income for everyone. We can afford it should innovation, trade, and immigration move freer.
