The above is my point. Florida is the new America where even if Democrats were projected to lose, they needed to hold the line for future elections. They lost Miami-Dade County! Because of the decision, you point out.

Not maintaining a Democratic presence in places they are unlikely to win is dangerous, and too few in their ranks have woken up to this. Democrats have successfully lost the middle of the country, contributing to their failure in 2016 and the divisiveness of America.

In Florida, Democrats spent a fraction of the money spent in 2020.
