Byron George, I'm sure New Zealanders are thrilled to hear of this turn of events.

New Zealand lost the UK as a primary market for daily and lamb in the 1970s because Britain joined the EEC. New Zealand took an enormous economic hit (through no fault of their own) and twenty years of hard work for the country to replace the lost market (mainly Japan).

It was a case study to which too few British paid attention.

Many thanks.

The UK could admit the grave mistake of Brexit and get back in with Europe. That can be part of a NEW Labour platform.
