Ukraine must be made secure from Putin's current and future aggression -- a signed paper from Putin has no value.

America and the West could have contained Putin at the beginning of his operation. They chose not to, and we have experienced deaths, destruction, and escalation that Joe Biden was supposedly seeking to avoid.

Ukraine is Biden's massive failure, among many. Our president is an incrementalist and dim-witted. At critical moments, bold action is the safest option.

For Ukraine's and European security, Ukraine should immediately join NATO (I wrote, "Setbacks on Ukraine Must Not Be Made into Defeat." This is something that should have happened previously. Reclaiming land occupied by Putin's forces can be placed on hold.
