Bob, Buttigieg certainly can't be ruled out as a candidate to replace Biden. Probably the most qualified and would have a good chance of winning against who ever the Republicans throw up.

Anyone from the progressive camp would need to be charismatic and a populist to win. Sanders (although actually very successful in my mind) failed to win the presidency twice.
