Dear old-dumb-thinking Joe is restoring the chip industry to America with great fanfare at an ENORMOUS expense that will handicap Americans for decades. An industry that had been off-shored for a good reason. It will NEVER bring a return and will NOT make us more secure (shipbuilding and steel had a time of being profitable).

It's easy to laugh at Donald's idiocy, but let's look at our idiocy.
