China could be more helpful on the fentanyl front should America dramatically improve its relationship with China. It's difficult to single out a particular issue.

Many Americans are currently vitriolic toward China, which is mainly unjustified and NOT in American interests. Donald Trump championed the mood but continues with Joe Biden. Biden recently insulted Xi Jinping three times in a speech in California which was not helpful, and the damage may never be repaired.
