What is so surprising?

Biden is a poor communicator -- always has been. He made it by default to the presidency after forty years and two previous attempts.

Voters have NEVER really liked Biden. In insisting on a second term, Biden gave the middle finger to two-thirds of Democrats who DID NOT WANT HIM.

Biden should have moved out of the way but stayed because of vanity reinforced by surrounding complacency and cowardice.

The result is that Democrats, Americans, and the world are in danger of the return of Trump, who is totally unfit for the presidency.
