But addressing climate alone is NOT going to get us there. The growing divide between the rich and developing countries is reminiscent of America, with its coastal cities at odds with rural middle America because of neglect.

This enormous divide must be urgently addressed worldwide to solve our climate concern. Otherwise, the resistance will be formidable.

Unfortunately, America is part of a worldwide trend of isolation and self-sufficiency, which bodes ill for climate stability.
