Anthony, and no parking, which elevates building costs and occupies land space that could be better used. Parking is often a camouflaged price -- there is no such thing as FREE parking.

Privately owned cars are likely stationary 23 hours a day and when in use, are significantly under capacity because of mostly single-person use.
