Amiko, we are in for a change again because of rapidly developing technology and automation. Which is great. If we can achieve more by doing less. That has enabled our living standards to climb over the last couple of hundred years. Many will be out of traditional "work" but that can be managed as long as we have the productivity.

Productivity is the key to not overwork people. So I'm not quite sure if I am agreeing or disagreeing with you.
