Alexander, what kind of peace? It can't be a cease-fire for a few days or months until Putin attacks again. The West's offering of "compromises" is a proven wrong approach. Putin will take and assume he can take some more.

While we mustn't add to Putin's humiliation, Ukraine, backed by the West, must remain resolute. If it's possible to retake ALL of the territory occupied by Russia, then that should be done with the understanding that people in Crimea, etc., decide which country they wish to belong to.
