Biden seems content to support Ukraine defending itself, but this will not remove Putin from Ukraine. Ukraine needs a supply of weapons not only to protect but to attack.

The risks of escalation do not diminish the longer this war continues, and the time will arrive when Biden will be restrained from delivering help to Ukraine.
