Alexander, Putin has opened the nuclear box. The lid of which was never really fastened tight. A new message has gone out across the globe for countries to step up their nuclear capabilities. And if they don't have a nuclear bomb, get one soon.

Another message is that nuclear blackmail can be sufficient. But as you have often pointed out, things can go wrong.
