While pressing all ways to deliver vital equipment to Ukraine, Biden should be getting Ukraine into NATO. This would be uplifting to Ukrainians and deal a blow to Putin.

That funding for Ukraine would become an obstacle was always a matter of when. Blame it on irresponsible Republicans. But Biden's incrementalism and half-measures over the past two years have allowed Putin to escape with possible victory.
