Alex Mell-Taylor, a base income for all Americans, would generally provide food security and roofs overhead.

We are possibly moving in the UBI direction, which would provide more economic mobility and lift productivity.

Who owns the land or the house doesn't matter. Owning or leasing can be reduced to a financial mechanism we have adopted with autos.

Localizing food production? An attempt to protect will result in higher costs and fewer choices for everyone.

Many thanks.
