We are not craving for Russia's oil. Unfortunately for Russia, Putin missed the opportunity to move Russia's economy into a new age away from oil, gas and mineral dependency.

You are giving way too much credit to Putin and his planning. His war with Ukraine has been filled with unfathomable errors. One HUGE one was storing half of Russia's savings in a New York bank where it could easily be confiscated.
