Agreed Les Kendrick, undermining patent laws is counterproductive (and lose more lives in the long run). The laws need updating (for other reasons) and there is a process for doing that. Drug companies will negtiate with developing countries for dramatically ower prices (which the U.S. can chip into paying). More so should more competitors be at play. That competition can well be messed with by Biden's decree.
