America must improve its relationship with China. Our foreign policy is awry and is being led by Washington senators and congressmen together with a public falling over themselves to be "tougher on China" -- whatever in god's name that means.

The sentiment reached idiotic heights when $12 hobbyist's balloons were blown out of the sky by $400,000 U.S. military missiles. That one missed its $12 target offered flourish to the absurdity.
