Like you and I, billionaires must be free to spend their time, effort, and money however they wish.

There is a widespread belief that billionaires take wealth from others. This is NOT true in open economies like the U.S. and Europe- the reverse is true. They CREATE wealth and spread it to others.

There is a correlation between the number of billionaires and the living standard. America has about 1000.

Very productive people can acquire enormous wealth by innovating products and services valued and enjoyed by millions—examples around us today are laptops, computer software, iPhones, electric vehicles, etc.

Would you have wanted Orville and Wilber Wright to have died while flying their plane? They were not mega-rich like some today. Their bicycle and printing businesses financed their adventure into early flight.
