Adebayo, Vladimir Putin's actions have resulted in tens of thousands of people dead, millions displaced from their homes, and tens of millions pushed into food insecurity.

If you wish to bring cases against G. W. Bush and Tony Blair, go ahead. It doesn't lighten what Putin (not Russia) has done and continues to do.

Intention is considered within the law but often grossly underappreciated. If you are seriously saying that the crimes Blair and George W committed are in any way on par with what Putin has done (and continues to do), you have your biases taken charge or have a screw loose.
