The notion of SERVICE has changed. It once encompassed leadership, responsibility, strength, and intelligence but has changed to lowly, weakness, and stupidity.

In America, the inverted triangle has settled, with the base at the bottom and the point at the top. The inverted structure, installed in many businesses, does remain. It's in The U.S. military, where each rank is devoted to the one below, and the most precious personnel are the soldiers on the front line (the Russian army is the antithesis of this model).

Australia and New Zealand fared better than America with Covid because there was a level of service to one another (and trust) absent in the U.S.

A tragic example of the results from the triangle not being upside down was Jordan Neely, a mentally disturbed man, being choked to death on an NYC subway in May 2023. He should have been served (helped) by the more able around him, and not put to death.
