Granted that he will be 82 by the time the next elections roll by in 2024, I do believe that he has done more than enough to deserve a second stab at the most important job in the world.

Adebayo, it's not a matter of deserving a second term but being qualified and being the best choice for the presidency in 2024.
Biden is NOT entitled because he currently occupies the White House.
"-- a second STAB at the most important job in the world" is not altogether reassuring.
