Adebayo, Charles needs to be thoughtful, fair and steady -- and he has demonstrated these qualities. Camilla, the Queen Consort, can have a valuable role on the team. In their elevated roles, the new Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate, are critical because that transition can be sooner than later.
