The presentation of BIG is paramount for any success.

We must avoid the appearance of charity, which is too dependent on folk being flush and feeling good.

Everyone must receive the payments, including Elon Musk.

BIG is a platform and springboard and not welfare.

Ironically, the Republicans (perhaps after forming a New Republican Party with leadership) have a greater chance of implementing the BIG than the Democrats. They have voters who would benefit enormously (provided the SPITE factor can be mitigated). And the BIG maintains individual freedoms, less interference in the market, and tiny government administration.
